Restoration of Old Blanchard Town Office

MY MEMORIES OF BLANCHARD, BY CHARLES MANLEY MITCHELL, JR. - The following was recorded on tape by Charles Manley Mitchell, Jr. (Bud/Charlie) in April 2004 and transcribed by Dorothy Mitchell Simmons. She had asked him to reflect on Blanchard, as he knew it and the following are his thoughts on the town and the history as he remembered it in the middle to the late 1930s, when he was going to high school from 1935 to 1938.
